1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):
Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it. To do so, they must contact our support team immediately.

However, once we process, pack, or hand over the order to the courier partner, we do not accept cancellation requests.
In such cases, Vybe24 may reject the cancellation request at its discretion.
2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping):
Once we ship an order, customers can no longer cancel it. Instead, they must wait for delivery.
After delivery, customers may follow our Return or Exchange Policy, if applicable.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, remain non-refundable after dispatch.
3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
ISometimes, orders return to us due to delivery issues. These may include:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Customer not available at the delivery location
Unreachable phone number
Refusal to accept the order
In such situations, we treat the order as a failed delivery.
As a result, customers may request re-shipping at an additional cost. Alternatively, we may process a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
4. Refund Processing
If we approve a cancellation before shipping, we initiate the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
We credit the refund to the original payment method used during checkout. However, the final credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Vybe24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
We do not allow cancellations for certain orders once confirmed. These include:
Orders placed during sale events or limited drops
Orders with custom sizing or special requests
Products marked as non-returnable
Customers should review product details carefully before placing such orders.

Vybe24 reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
